Is this really a one-time license, or hidden monthly?+
The license is one-time. You buy the deployment, you own it. Annual maintenance covers hosting, updates, security, and support. Cancel maintenance any time and you keep using the system. You just won't get updates.
What does "your own database" actually mean?+
Your records live on a Postgres database set up only for your workspace. Not a shared SaaS pool. We can deploy it on your own server if you have one. Either way, the data is yours.
How long does setup take?+
2 to 4 weeks from signing to live. Includes configuring custom fields, loading your document templates, branding the deployment, training your team.
What if WhatsTask closes down one day?+
Every contract includes a continuity clause. You get full data export plus a perpetual self-host license to the deployment. You keep operating on Monday morning.
