[01]Do workers need to install an app?
No. They work in Telegram, which they already use.
[02]How do workers get assigned to tasks?
Tasks are routed based on the assignee in your PM tool. Map your PM tool user IDs to Telegram IDs in the PM Connect settings.
[03]Can workers see all tasks or just theirs?
Workers only see tasks assigned to them. They never see other workers’ tasks or sensitive project information.
[04]What if a worker doesn’t have Telegram?
Telegram is free and available on all platforms. Most field workers prefer it over installing company-specific apps.
